3.12. What if the KeyReel iPhone App shows an error message?

If the error bar appears on the top of the screen in your iPhone, it means there is a problem. To find out what the problem is, click on the error bar to show a tip how to solve the problem.

3.12.1. Error “Bluetooth disabled”

This message indicates that Bluetooth is disabled. Bluetooth is required for KeyReel to work with Mac and PC devices. See this article on how to enable Bluetooth.

3.12.2. Error “Bluetooth unauthorized”

The message “Bluetooth unauthorized” indicates that KeyReel app does not have permissions to use Bluetooth on iPhone. Bluetooth is required for KeyReel to work with Mac and PC devices (see KeyReel Structure). To allow KeyReel using Bluetooth touch the message or follow instructions in this article.

3.12.3. Error “Notifications unauthorized”

The message “Notifications unauthorized” indicates that Notifications are turned off of KeyReel app. Notification persimmision is required for KeyReel to keep you up-to-date about authorization requests comming from a paired Mac or PC.
